WEEKLY TOPICS INCLUDE:
1. Saraswati Sadhana and course initiation
2. Introduction to sound healing and singing bowls
3. Kundalini/chakra energy healing systems
4-10. Next 7 classes relate to the chakras: each of the 7 main chakras. understanding the qualities of the chakras, introducing sound for each chakra
11. Experiencing the chakras through singing bowls, activating the chakras for higher spiritual awakening
12. Self healing steps for everyday practice (with one bowl and with a set of seven chakra bowls)
13. Steps for one bowl healing for others
14. Steps for seven bowl healing for others
Course conclusion
There is homework and you will be required to submit case studies detailing knowledge and application of sound healing practiced on others.
