Singing Bowls

Singing Bowls were originally named Himalayan Bowls in Nepal and India, although they have various names around the world. 

The Kundalini Singing Bowls were used by Buddhist Monks in the monasteries to perform sacred rituals and for meditation practice. They have also been used for thousands of years for healing and medicinal purposes all around the world. 

The sound created with these metallic bowls has the power to invoke frequencies that help us release physical pain, mental stress, emotions and energetical blockages in our body.
